1. Order Accuracy & Quality Guarantee
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly through replacement, store credit, or refund — depending on the situation.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Keep all original packaging intact until the issue is resolved.
2. Returns & Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (including consumables, sealed edibles, and perishable goods), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is approved for return by our customer support team.
Items not eligible for return:
- Opened or used consumable products (e.g., chocolates, gummies, tinctures).
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive items.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued for product cost only unless the error was on our part.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are approved on a case-by-case basis for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window:
- First, verify your shipping address was entered correctly.
- Check with your local courier or postal service.
- If the issue persists, contact our support team at info@trippysphere.com, and we’ll investigate.
Please note that TrippySphere is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
